Resume Critique
I’ve seen enough resumes and helped enough people find better jobs to figure out why some resumes stand out from others for the right reasons and why others don’t. The goal of a resume of course is to get a job interview and if you’re not getting interviews, it might be that your resume is the problem. I’ll give you a written critique of your resume and will suggest ways to improve it to help you use your resume to do what it’s supposed to do, which is get you interviews. Once you’ve emailed your resume to me, I’ll have a written critique back to you within 2 business days.

These days, many people think that a good job search consists of firing off dozens of resumes to various companies and recruiters and waiting for the positive responses to come in. If you’re applying for jobs and not getting interviews, that’s one thing. Getting interviews and not getting job offers is something different. Getting to the reference check stage and then not getting the job is something different still. Let’s talk about the job search process and figure out where you’re having difficulties.
